UTD PMI Jember pakai SIM, pentingkah?

 Ualtnit Transfusi Darah PMI Kabupaten Jember telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) mulai tahun 2007 hingga sekarang kita menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Unit Donor Darah.

Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen itu penting karena dengan sistem yang telah ditetapkan maka alur kinerja akan sesuai alur manajemen yang merupakan perwujudan visi misi UTD PMI Jember yaitu

“Terwujudnya Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Darah yang Aman, Tepat dan Cepat”

SIM pelayanan darah di Unit Transfusi Darah PMI Kabupaten Jember setiap langkah sesuai dengan standar prosedur operasional. SIM pelayanan darah di Unit Transfusi Darah PMI Dengan alur yang telah diatur oleh sebuah sistem maka mengurangi resiko human error yang artinya safety produk akan mudah tercapai.

Selain hal tersebut pencatatan setiap pelayanan, pemeriksaan pelaksanaan donor atau permintaan darah lebih aman dan terkontrol. Data telusur balik produk juga cepat diperoleh.

Salah satu fitur dari SIM UTD PMI Jember yaitu sms broadcast memungkinkan kita terhubung lebih cepat karena pendonor langsung mendapatkan pemberitahuan donor apabila waktunya donor dan mendapatkan sms ucapan terima kasih ketika darah yang di donorkan telah lolos pemeriksaan IMLTD.
